Town persists, holds 90th Labour Day...

Glen (Freddie) Barker was the lone participant carrying on the tradition of wearing a paper hat in teh 90th Labour Day parade in Grand Falls-Windsor on Monday. Papermakers from the mill formerly wore the headgear during Labour Day celebrations. As in previous years, Mr. Barker was on hand to assist wih logistics for the parade.
