Roast Beef Dinner
The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation is having its annual roast beef dinner Nov. 19. The meal includes dessert. In GFW pick your meal up at the Royal Canadian Legion on Queen Street between 12-1 :30 p.m. In the Botwood area delivery can be made by contacting LeaAnne Arch at 257-4571
Yuletide Supper
Tickets for the Yuletide Dinner at the Botwood Roman Catholic Church will be on sale at the Presentation Hall. Seats will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are $15. Any questions about tickets to call Alma at 257-2304, Jane at 257-3637, Sylvia at 257-3349.
Christmas Bazaar
The UCW will be having a Christmas bazaar on Nov. 29 at 7 p.m. in the church hall. There will be baked goods, crafts, and a white elephant sale. Tickets are $3 each and available from any UCW member.

Dessert Tea and Sale
There will be a dessert tea and sale at the Anglican Church Hall in Botwood on
Monday, Nov. 6 at 7 p.m. at a cost of $5. Come out and enjoy a cup of tea and sample three desserts. To reserve a ticket contact Amy Ralph.
Fall Fair
The Boys and Girls Club / Community Youth Network are hosting a fall fair Thursday, Nov. 2. If you are interested in renting a table for $10 please call Patti at 257-3191. Tables are limited so book early.
Christmas Craft Fair
Royal Canadian Legion Branch 5 Botwood hosting a Christmas Craft Fair Saturday, Nov. 4 from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. Admission $2. Soup, hot dog and tea or coffee $5. If you are interested in renting a table for $15 call the Legion at 257-2209, Cindy Pennell at 257-1169, or Paula Sharron at 257-2885. Admission donated to the RCCSC 21 Preserver Sea Cadets.
Kinsmen TV Bingo
Botwood Kinsmen Club TV Bingo is on Rogers channel 9 on Mondays at 7 p.m. Cards available in Botwood, Bishop Falls and GFW area stores.

Legion Fundraiser
Chase The Ace - ticket lottery on Wednesdays, at the Royal Canadian Legion, 7 Circular Rd, and Botwood. Tickets 3 for $5 are sold from 7-8:45 p.m. Ticket draw is at 9 p.m. The legion has a 50/50 draw at $1each. You must be in attendance to win.
