Missing teen Tyler Baker has been located and is safe, RCMP in Gander advise.

Social workers in Grand-Falls Windsor located Tyler just after noon today.

RCMP in Gander are looking for a 13-year-old boy who went missing from his home Wednesday night.

Police say Tyler Baker is possibly wearing a grey jacket, green hat and carrying a blue duffle bag. He's described by the RCMP as being native, tall and thin build, with black hair and dark brown eyes.

Anyone locating him are asked to contact the Gander RCMP.
